Forsa Training is a community of women and men with busy family, professional and personal lives who come together a few days a week to learn how to lift, push, pull, squat, hinge, jump and stretch in an environment that feels like you are working out with close friends in the comfort of your own home. Our purpose is to help people gain the momentum to never have to start their fitness journey again. We pride ourselves in providing a body positive environment where people from all walks from life come together to achieve results without the stress or negativity of body shaming, rapid weight loss programs/supplements or unrealistic promises.

I currently belong to a gym but I am not progressing like I want to.
I have done cardio my entire life and now want to try something different.
I have strength trained in the past and want to get back into it.
I want to strength train over 80% of the time.
I have tried many places before but have not stayed consistent.
I have tried several programs like 30 day challenges and other get fit quick programs, and are not working for me in the long term.
I have done strength training before and love it, but I can't find a place that takes the time to help me progress at the right pace for me.
I am not sure how to even get started.
I am hesitant about joining any gym/fitness program.
I have tried this path before and the fitness industry failed to help me.
I have had negative experiences at other gyms before where I was body shamed or asked to do things I was not ready to do.
