This 10-13 year old training program is designed to get your kids active and strong in a safe and fun environment. Your child will use battling ropes, resistance bands, slam ball and tires to build strength, endurance and power. Coaches will be constantly watching to make sure all exercises are done correctly and with good form. This program also incorporates great “gym class” activities like Steal the Bacon, Tug of War and Dodgeball! Fit Kid Squad is offered on a seasonal basis.
