FT Kickboxing is a high intense 45-minute training session designed to get you lean and strong! You will punch, kick, knee and elbow bags and pads in a safe and fun environment. In between each kickboxing round you will perform metabolic exercises including slamming weighted balls, jumping ropes, planks, resistance band exercises and squats. Forsa Training uses special water filled and padded bags that prevent wrist and hand injuries. Expect to feel energized, confident and strong after each class!
