For those of you who are hesitant about trying us out...

One Month Intro Kickstarter Plan: $99

This plan is for those of you who want to try it all and who need a bit more guidance and time to determine which program is best for you

1. You can try out all of our programs to see what you like best. Try 12 group training sessions and 4 yoga classes.

2. You get 2 one on one 30 minute meet ups with your training coach to discuss how things are going, goals that you may have, challenges that you are still facing and opportunities that you see where you can grow.

3. At the end of the month if you feel like we are not the right place for you, we will help you figure out a place/program that may be good for you. We will know a lot about you during that month and can research and suggest the right plan for you, even if it is not with us!

Two Week Trial: $25 or *$35

This plan is for those of you who know you only want to try out group training and only need a few sessions to decide whether we are the right fit or not. 

1. You get 4 group training sessions during a 2 week period.

*2. You get to try all of our programs in two weeks. This includes group training and yoga!

 

 

For those of you who have not been able to stay consistent...

Three Month Consistency Plan: $279

This plan is for those of you who want to start off slow and steady in order to set realistic and long lasting goals and to get results that last a lifetime. 

1. During the first month you get a total of 4 group training sessions per month (one session per week). This month our focus will be to picking a date and time that you can commit to with the least amount of barriers.

2. During the second month you get a total of 8 group training sessions per month (two sessions per week). This month our focus will be helping built habits and discipline to stay consistent with your training.  You will also get a 30 minute meet up with your fitness coach to discuss how things are going and help you find solutions to any barriers that you are encountering. 

3. During the third month you get a total of 12 group training sessions per month (three sessions per week). This month our focus will be figuring out what is the best plan for you. At this point you will determine if we are the right place for you. Even if we are not, we will still help you find a program/facility that may help fit your needs.

This plan is for those of you who know you prefer not to take three months to decide and can determine if we are the right place for you after 6 group training sessions. 

1. You get 4 group training sessions during a 2 week period.

*2. You get to try all of our programs in two weeks. This includes group training and yoga!

 

For those of you who have plateaued...

One Day Free Pass

You get to try out a class for free! At this point you have enough experience in the fitness industry to know exactly what you are looking for. After the session, we promise not the bother you with any sales pitch. If you like us and possibly want to join or maybe prefer to try out the two week trial, you can let us know!
