We ALL start somewhere when it comes to fitness. Our job as fitness professionals is to understand your starting point, to create an environment and program that meets you at your starting point and to build a culture of positivity and encouragement.

Our purpose is to give you the momentum to never have to start your fitness journey again. This is important because momentum, not motivation, is the foundation to making this into a lifestyle rather than another emotional and physical rollercoaster ride. We do this by first helping you getting to appreciate your body where it is now. The next step is getting you just to show up consistently. Finally, is measuring your success based on the journey rather than the destination. 

Our trainers are excellent listeners and will help you start where you want to start. For example, if you tell them that you are not comfortable getting up and down the floor, they will modify every exercise and warmup in a standing position and will get you on the floor only when you are physically and emotionally ready. Our trainers are superb communicators. They will explain every exercise in detail without fitness jargon so you can feel safe and confident.  Our trainers are real people just like you. They lead busy family and work lives. This means that they are not obsessed with fitness because they are having fun with their kids, eating an ice cream cone on a hot summer day or enjoying a nice glass of wine after a long week. Finally our trainers are fun! They know that members are taking time away for their families to be with us, why not make it a great time!
